- Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full. - Prices include VAT but exclude delivery, unless stated.

2. Shipping & Delivery 

- Delivery times are estimates. Delays from couriers aren’t our fault, but we’ll keep you updated. 

- Shipping cost/risk transfers to you once handed to the courier. 

- Wrong address = customer responsibility + reship fee. 

Care Instructions 

- Follow the wash/care label. We’re not liable for damage from wrong washing/drying/ironing. 

-  Liability- We’re not liable for indirect loss from using/wearing our products.
